Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for creating impactful events.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Propose ideas to improve services and event quality.
- Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
- Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize the event.
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations, reporting on outcomes.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager.
- Skilled in project management.
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
- A knack for problem-solving.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
